All locations have accessible access. But not every facility suits every need, so please tell reception when booking if you use a wheelchair, need a ground-floor room, extra time, or other assistance — a suitable location can be suggested. Interpreters can be arranged at no cost to you through the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National), with a few days’ notice. You are welcome to bring a support person to any appointment. Hospital admissions may have their own entrance and check-in desk, separate from the consulting rooms. Please refer to your admission letter and hospital correspondence for the specific entrance and arrival time for your surgery or birth.
